Customer Conditions:

• No Cancellation policy: Once a booking is paid for, there are no refunds
• No-shows will be charged total rate; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking allowed
• Mauritian ID card or Resident permit must be shown by all customers upon arrival, failure to do so will entitle the merchant to charge the current public rate
• All prices on MariDeal are inclusive of VAT

Force Majeure:

• Lockdown protocol: If a booking falls within a Lockdown period/Government restriction, it will automatically be cancelled & refunded as a store credit in your MariDeal account only
• Cyclone protocol: If a booking falls within Cyclone Class 3 or above, the reservation will automatically be cancelled & will be refunded in the form of store credit to your MariDeal account

About Maritim Crystals Beach Hotel - Activities

Maritim Crystals Beach Hotel is the unique resort in Mauritius offering an Aqualand among all other guests facilities and activities, within the hotel premises. The Access to the Aqualand is included for all hotel residents and in day package free of charge for non-hotel residents. Enjoy a whole day with unlimited selection of soft Ice Cream of different exotic flavours and unlimited milkshakes. Note: Alcoholic drinks are strictly forbidden at Aqualand.

It is fitted with three swimming pools, one bar, one restaurant, two giant slides of which one is 71 meters which requires buoys to slide and the other one is 57 meters; 3 mini slides of 17 meters. Children should be of a minimum height of 1m20cm and should be a swimmer to access the waterslides. Aqualand also offers a kids’ swimming pool of 30 cm depth with three slides.

The 4000m² park consists of a non-alcoholic bar and an all-day ice cream parlour. Aqualand has a full team of trained Lifeguards with International Life Saving Certificate, ensuring the safety of all our guests. Our Entertainment Team ensures a wide range of fun activities during the day such as aqua gym, zumba lesson and water polo.
