• Clients are kindly requested to come 15 Min prior to treatment time for the registration process
• No access to sunbeds
• Wearing of mask is compulsory

Conditions:  

• Reservations: Once you have confirmed a date and time with the service provider, any amendments will need to be confirmed by Service Provider directly
• No-shows will be charged total rate; no refunds, rescheduling, or rebooking allowed
• Mauritian ID card or Resident permit must be shown by all guests upon arrival at the spa
• Failure to show Mauritian ID will entitle the Merchant to charge the current public rate
• The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse to carry out the treatment to any guest if any medical problems are present
