• Medical advice: Pregnant women are requested to seek medical advice prior to booking any treatment
• Service Provider reserves the right to refuse to carry out the treatment to any customer if any medical problems are present
• Arrival time: Customers are requested to arrive at least 15 mins prior to treatment time. Late arrival may result in a reduction in treatment time
• Merchant is solely responsible to the purchaser for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services

Customer Conditions:

• No cancellation policy: Once a booking is paid for, there are no refunds
• No-shows will be charged total rate; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking allowed
• Mauritian ID card or Resident permit must be shown by all customers upon arrival, failure to do so will entitle the merchant to charge the current public rate
• All prices on MariDeal are inclusive of VAT

Force Majeure:

• Lockdown protocol: If a booking falls within a Lockdown period/Government restriction, it will automatically be cancelled & refunded as a store credit in your MariDeal account only
• Cyclone protocol: If a booking falls within Cyclone Class 3 or above, the reservation will automatically be cancelled & will be refunded in the form of store credit to your MariDeal account

Vaccinations:

Customer responsibility: It is the customers full responsibility to ensure they know the latest vaccination protocols for Mauritius and service provider

• Fully-vaccinated guests: 2 doses of COVID 19 Vacccine, recognized by Mauritian Authorities plus 1 booster dose administered within the prescribed delay
  • In case of J&J or Sputnik light: 1 dose plus 1 booster dose
• Non-fully-vaccinated guests: a Negative PCR test must be presented on arrival (PCR test must be completed 72 hours prior to arrival)

Relaxing Massage

• Benefits: Relaxation massage decreases the amount of stress hormones in the body, leaving clients feeling completely relaxed and rested, even after the session is over

Facial

• Benefits: It boosts cell regeneration, promotes collagen development, improves blood circulation in your face, tightens the skin and treats acne marks, blackheads and whiteheads. This gives you younger looking skin and an even skin tone

Manicure + nail polish for the lady

• Benefits: Manicure will clean and shape your nails and treat your cuticles, which is vital for keeping your nails healthy and strong. The treatment ends with a Nail polish application

Pedicure + nail polish for the lady

• Benefits: During a pedicure, your nails will be cleaned, shaped and trimmed to prevent ingrown nails. The exfoliating and massage elements can relieve aching feet and muscles and stimulate circulation. The treatment ends with a Nail polish application

Head Massage

• Benefits: Head Massage soothe away tensions in your upper body, break down knots and improve your flexibility. It helps relieve headaches by stimulating the nerves on your scalp and the blood circulation within your head. You will feel relaxed and re-energized
   

Foot Massage

• Benefits: Feet are mini maps of the entire body with points relating to the vital organs, structure and glands. By working specific reflex points on the feet, this improves circulation and lymph flow, cleanses the body of impurities and revitalises energy which will encourage the body to naturally restore its own healthy balance

Body Scrub

• Benefits: Scrub works in a few ways, as you massage it over your body, the exfoliating granules help to slough off dead skin, and the rubbing action itself boosts circulation and helps drain your lymph nodes, by increasing blood flow to the skin’s surface

Hammam

• Benefits: Hammam will warm up the muscles, providing a more effective treatment as the body is already prepared and loosened, ready for treatment
• Note: It is recommended that guests use the Hammam Steam 30 Min prior to their treatment time
• Example: If your treatment time is 17:00, it is recommended you arrive at 16:30 to fully enjoy Hammam

About Nu Zil Spa

Inspired by the elements of life and the ancient traditions of Chinese and Balinese, Nu Zil Spa offers a series of innovative and restorative treatments that will make you come for more. Providing tailor-made services, each of the treatments available is according to your needs. The spa has two couple treatment rooms, 1 single and facial room, 1 manicure and pedicure room, a swimming pool with Jacuzzi, a hammam, and a restaurant. 

It is recommended that you arrive 45 mins before the start of your appointment to fully enjoy the hammam which will loosen limbs and prepare your body for treatment. Our therapist will work on you with a completely tailor-made approach that will embellish your spa experience. 

After the treatment is over, do relax for a while and take pleasure in your new peace of mind. If you are hungry, then drop by our restaurant which is reserved for clients only.
