1 Hour - Room 1 | Spicy Story

Pierre Poivre was a scientist, a traveler and a memorable personality in Mauritius history.
You are time-travelers and your goal is to find the “gold” nut, carefully hidden in the scientist’s office and to plant it, so starting his historic plantation! But hurry up – in one hour the nut will dry up completely and you will fail your mission!

1 Hour - Room 2 | Prison Break

You and your friends are unjustly sentenced and locked away in a prison cell. According to prison legend, three prisoners managed to successfully escape from the cell by fooling the guards. How they managed it is a mystery that the jailors never solved. Maybe, you will have more luck? Your guards are absent and the new shift starts in one hour. You have little time to discover their secret and slip away!

1 Hour - Room 3 | Save the last Dodo

Whilst looking for the long lost Dodo, you stumble across a strange hunter’s hut in the forest. Your intuition is right – this hunter is creepy. Judging from the inside of the hut, it appears he was obsessed with birds and had a blood lust to kill every last one of them!
Free the caged birds, find the last remaining Dodo egg and keep an eye on the clock. The hunter will be back at sunset…with his gun!

1 Hour - Room 4 | Mental Hospital

The legend of the mysterious mental hospital with very strange medical experiments become a real... soft walls, straitjackets, and mad neighbors induce you to think about escape... but perhaps it's not at all what it seems

About Dodoquest

Dodo Quest is an escape-the-room place, inspired by the history of Mauritius. There are five rooms and you have 59 minutes to solve puzzles, find objects and unlock all doors and secrets to escape. The The scenarios at each quest will challenge those looking for thrilling adventures.

Conditions

Important Conditions:

Reservations: Call merchant directly to select date and time (subject to availability)
Amendments: All amendments will need to be confirmed by merchant directly
Booking confirmation must be shown by all customers on arrival (Download App)
Medical advice: Pregnant women are requested to seek medical advice prior to booking any activity
Bad weather: Activities are subject to change depending on weather conditions
Arrival time: Customers are requested to arrive at least 30 mins prior to activity time
Merchant is solely responsible to the purchaser for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services

Customer Conditions:

No Cancellation policy: Once a booking is paid for, there are no refunds
No-shows will be charged total rate; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking allowed
Mauritian citizens: ID card, passport or resident permit must be shown by all customers upon arrival (applicable for Reunion citizens also with merchant's approval), failure to do so will entitle the merchant to charge the current public rate
All prices on MariDeal are inclusive of VAT

Force Majeure:

Lockdown protocol: If a booking falls within a Lockdown period/Government restriction, it will automatically be cancelled and refunded as a store credit in your MariDeal account only
Cyclone protocol: If a booking falls within Cyclone Class 3 or above, the reservation will automatically be cancelled and will be refunded in the form of store credit to your MariDeal account
