About
This trip is organised by the Mauritian Wildlife Foundation in the east coast area of Mauritius. The excursion starts with the visit of a nature spot, île aux Aigrettes. The island abounds with endemic fauna and flora. Next, a visit to the ‘Biscuit Manioc’ factory, in the heart of the fishing village of Mahébourg, will reveal a page of the history of Mauritius. The factory still uses the old unique production techniques dating from the 18th century. The trip will end at the Nativ Lodge where you can relax after a day of adventure.
