Reservation must be made at least 24 hours in advance (subject to availability)
Your reservation is not finalized until payment is done and your time slot is confirmed with Spa
**Amendments: **Once reservation done, to amend treatment date or time, minimum of 12 hours notice is required
If above Amendment Policy is not followed and customer is a no show, 100% Cancellation Fee is applied, no rescheduling or re-booking allowed
**Mauritian ID card or Resident permit **must be shown upon spa check-in
- Failure to do so will entitle the Spa to charge the current public rate

- No-shows will be charged total rate; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking allowed
- ID card, passport, resident or work permit must be shown by all customers upon arrival, failure to do so will entitle the Merchant to charge the applicable rate
- All prices on MariDeal are inclusive of VAT
Force Majeure:
- Lockdown protocol: If a booking falls within a Lockdown period/Government restriction, it will automatically be cancelled and refunded as a store credit in your MariDeal account only
- Cyclone protocol: If a booking falls within Cyclone Class 3 or above, the reservation will automatically be cancelled and will be refunded in the form of store credit to your MariDeal account
