- Session time: Monday - Sunday as from 08:30
- Location: La Vallée De Ferney
- Validity: Voucher valid until 30th April 2027
- Reservation: one week required prior to activity date (subject to availability)
Participant Guidelines:
- Number of participants: 2 to 10 guests
- Domestic animals are not allowed
- Littering and disposing of waste is strictly prohibited within the reserve
- What to bring for the hiking trails & open tracks: Appropriate clothing, walking shoes, a hat, sunscreen and mosquito repellent
- Guests are advised to bring plenty of water, as some sections of the tracks can become very hot

- No Cancellation policy: Once a booking is paid for, there are no refunds
- No-shows will be charged total rate; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking allowed
- ID card, passport, resident or work permit must be shown by all customers upon arrival, failure to do so will entitle the Merchant to charge the applicable rate
- All prices on MariDeal are inclusive of VAT
Force Majeure:
- Lockdown protocol: If a booking falls within a Lockdown period/Government restriction, it will automatically be cancelled and refunded as a store credit in your MariDeal account only
- Cyclone protocol: If a booking falls within Cyclone Class 3 or above, the reservation will automatically be cancelled and will be refunded in the form of store credit to your MariDeal account
