About
Bois Chéri is the first tea plantation in Mauritius and dates back to 1892. The Bois-Chéri estate invites you to explore tea production in Mauritius at the island's first tea plantation. During your visit to the on-site factory, you'll see the different stages of making Mauritian tea, including withering, sieving, aging, and packaging.
The restaurant experience was so bad. They made us wait 10 mins before a server came to us. Tourists who came after us were being served before us. We could see the discrimination

Customer Conditions:
- No Cancellation policy: Once a booking is paid for, there are no refunds
- No-shows will be charged total rate; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking allowed
- ID card, passport, resident or work permit must be shown by all customers upon arrival, failure to do so will entitle the Merchant to charge the applicable rate
- All prices on MariDeal are inclusive of VAT
Force Majeure:
- Lockdown protocol: If a booking falls within a Lockdown period/Government restriction, it will automatically be cancelled and refunded as a store credit in your MariDeal account only
- Cyclone protocol: If a booking falls within Cyclone Class 3 or above, the reservation will automatically be cancelled and will be refunded in the form of store credit to your MariDeal account
