Important Notice:
- To ensure the tranquillity and exclusivity of in-house guests, access to the property is strictly reserved for the number of guests mentioned on the valid MariDeal voucher with a confirmed reservation. Guests are kindly requested to present their valid Marideal voucher at the reception upon arrival to facilitate their check-in process.
House Rules:
- For group bookings of 8 or more people, guests are asked to contact MariDeal, as group bookings are subject to availability and require prior approval. Requests must be made at least 48 hours before the preferred date
- Pool towels are available at a deposit of Rs.1000 per towel and same will be refunded on return of the towel upon departure (Guests can also bring their own towel)
- Takeaway food, drinks, and outside food and drinks are not allowed
- Resident guests' privacy and belongings must always be respected; no diving, shouting, sound system or mobile speakers are allowed at the pool or resort
- Any additional consumption charges must be settled prior to departure
- No complimentary cake available at the hotel (cake requests to be made at least 48 hours prior and will be charged at an additional cost)

- Note: Dinner time for children is from 18:30 - 19:30. After 19:30, children are not allowed in the restaurant

Important Notice:

- Merchant is solely responsible to the purchaser for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services
Customer Conditions:
- No cancellation policy: Once a booking is paid for, there are no refunds
- No-shows will be charged total rate; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking allowed
- ID card, passport, resident or work permit must be shown by all customers upon arrival, failure to do so will entitle the Merchant to charge the applicable rate
- All prices on MariDeal are inclusive of VAT
Force Majeure:
- Lockdown protocol: If a booking falls within a Lockdown period/Government restriction, it will automatically be cancelled and refunded as a store credit in your MariDeal account only
- Cyclone protocol: If a booking falls within Cyclone Class 3 or above, the reservation will automatically be cancelled and will be refunded in the form of store credit to your MariDeal account
