L'Auberge de Saint Aubin is a three suite guesthouse on the Domaine de Saint Aubin rum and vanilla estate in Rivière des Anguilles, in the south of Mauritius, set in a Creole house built in 1908. The house keeps its teak parquet floors, metal sheet roof and period furniture, and has its own swimming pool. Around it, the working estate has the Rhumerie de Saint Aubin distillery, La Maison de la Vanille, a spice garden, a mini farm and Le Saint Aubin restaurant on the veranda of the colonial house. Only three suites share the house, and the whole auberge can be booked for up to 10 guests.
