We offer you a stay in an adorable Creole house from 1908, with teak parquet, orange-tinted roofing, and dark wooden shutters. On either side of the central dining room, Auberge de Saint Aubin has its bedrooms with romantic charms. Its rooms with exotic scents, its swimming pool, and the bikes available will make your stay a unique moment of emotions where you will share moments from another era. A stone's throw away, the Saint Aubin estate offers you a taste and culture tour with its artisanal rum factory, its vanilla house, its botanical route, and its table d'hôtes.
Le Saint Aubin Restaurant
- Comfortably installed in an old planter's house, you will taste traditional Mauritian cuisine. On the menu: Cocktail and donuts, palm kernel and smoked marlin salad, creole or vanilla chicken and its various accompaniments, fresh fruit sorbet with vanilla cream from Saint Aubin.
- All products are fresh since they come from the area and its surroundings. Fruits and vegetables come from the local market or from the vegetable patch, the palm kernel is picked directly from the property's gardens. It is a charming address, for a convivial moment in the heart of the Mauritian heritage.

Un séjour extra. Si vous recherchez le calme et la tranquilité, c'est l'endroit idéal. Le staff eat vraiment sympathique et accueillant. Je recommande à 100%. La nourriture est superbe et le cadre magnifique!

Piscine - coin sympa surtout qu’on était les seuls à en profiter (les transats devraient être remplacés)
Jardin - magnifique (le bruit incessant des véhicules risque de déranger certains)
Nourriture - petit déjeuner très riche (la même chose les deux jours)
dîner vraiment succulent (poulet le 1er jour et poisson le lendemain)
Personnel - souriant, sympa, serviable et très effacé. (Le 2eme jour il y avait un autre majordome - bruyant et tête en l’air)
Visite - on a pu déguster beaucoup de rhums différentes ... hmmm... les guides étaient gentils. La petite visite de fabrique de vanille était une belle découverte.

Un très bel endroit paisible, une magnifique maison coloniale, qui nous rappelle les temps anciens par son aspect rustique, avec un magnifique jardin. On a passé un très bon moment de détente en famille, le personnel est trés amical et rempli de gentillesse avec un service satisfaisant et la nourriture est excellente!! Nous avons aussi très apprécié la visite à la mini ferme, à la maison de la vanille, à la boutique et à la maison du rhum. On était très bien accueilli et servi par le personnel. La dégustation de plusieurs variétés de rhum agricole fut un moment exceptionnel. On reviendra!!
