- Initiation for guiding through basics of horse riding
- An equestrian educator
- Presentation of the horse (if possible, presentation of how the horse itself is equipped)
- Brief theoretical explanations
- Climbing onto the horse using a small staircase to begin initiation
- Walking pace in the arena, secured by a lanyard held by the instructor
- Introducing trotting once you and your horse are confident and secure at a walk
- Introduce galloping while maintaining security when both the rider and horse are ready and secured
- Learning to learn the horse and move it forward, to the left or right and stop it

Participant Guidelines:
- Equipment provided: Riding helmet, protectors
- What should you wear: Jeans or riding clothes, socks or riding boots
- Participants must be physically fit to undertake the activity

Important Notice:

- Medical advice: Pregnant women are requested to seek medical advice prior to booking any activity
- Bad weather: Activities are subject to change depending on weather conditions
- Arrival time: Customers are requested to arrive at least 30 mins prior to activity time
- Merchant is solely responsible to the purchaser for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services
Customer Conditions:
- No Cancellation policy: Once a booking is paid for, there are no refunds
- No-shows will be charged total rate; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking allowed
- ID card, passport, resident or work permit must be shown by all customers upon arrival, failure to do so will entitle the Merchant to charge the applicable rate
- All prices on MariDeal are inclusive of VAT
Force Majeure:
- Lockdown protocol: If a booking falls within a Lockdown period/Government restriction, it will automatically be cancelled and refunded as a store credit in your MariDeal account only
- Cyclone protocol: If a booking falls within Cyclone Class 3 or above, the reservation will automatically be cancelled and will be refunded in the form of store credit to your MariDeal account
