The spa staffs were very friendly and welcoming. However, one problem we faced was with MariDeal itself. They did not do the reservation after we completed the payment. Luckily we got a slot available

The food served was burnt. We ordered pizza in the room for evening meals and the base was burnt. For breakfast there was only 2 items available for hot food as we are vegans. We have taken photos.
