This little corner of paradise is as close to the seaside resort of Grand Baie as to the famous beach of Mont Choisy, renowned as the destinations par excellence in Mauritius. This intimate hotel restaurant has several outdoor spaces such as its charming exotic garden in the shade of coconut palms, frangipani trees, and many other varieties of plants and flowers that will amaze you all year round. Esprit Libre has a temperate swimming pool all year round to enjoy cooling off and relaxing with several sunbeds, swings, and armchairs to offer you an atmosphere that has the art of stopping time!

The day package starts at 9 AM, we reached at 9.30 and the room was still not ready. We had to wait till 9.55 which means we would have waited 55 mins if we had reached at 9 AM itself.
At 9.55 we are finally directed towards the room, but the lady was still cleaning.
Also, the room is really small, and far from any pictures. Really misleading pictures. And taking the facilities available and room size into consideration, it is not worth the price when compared to other packages.
However, the staff are kind and welcoming.

Force Majeure:
- Lockdown protocol: If a booking falls within a Lockdown period/Government restriction, it will automatically be cancelled and refunded as a store credit in your MariDeal account only
- Cyclone protocol: If a booking falls within Cyclone Class 3 or above, the reservation will be postponed or cancelled subject to merchant's aproval (if cancelled, it will be refunded in the form of store credit to your MariDeal account)
