- Customer must arrive 15 mins prior to activity time at 06:45
- Meeting point: La Jetée Road, Black River near the beach
- Validity: Voucher valid for 120 days from date of purchase
Participant Guidelines:
- Letter of Liability to be signed with Dolswim on day of the excursion
- If clients refuse to wear life jacket, merchant has the right to refuse him access to the boat
- Dietary requirements: Kindly inform us of any food allergies, intolerances or restrictions

Great Dolphin and Whales Encounter experience with Fletcher and Julien on the Willy boat. They were very professional and abided by all the safety rules. Wearing lifejackets was compulsory. Safety +++

Sincerely, a great experience. The duo that looked after us, was perfect in all possible ways. It's amazing how the company puts forward security and customer satisfaction. Can't remember when I last left a 5 stars rating. Such companies make Mauritius proud.
Not sure if my previous post went through, but communication for first timers should be improved as we were not explained what to do and waited on the beach to realise later after being told that there was a mass in an office a bit higher up. This however didn't spoil the day.

La sortie n'a duré que 2h au lieu de 3h, car nous sommes partis plus tard pour attendre des clients en retard. Du coup, nous ne sommes pas allé voir les baleines à bosse et n'avons pas fait de snorkelling.
Je ne trouve pas normal que tout le groupe soit pénalisé pour attendre une personne.
Si non équipage sympa et moment avec les cachalots magique.

Customer Conditions:
- No Cancellation policy: Once a booking is paid for, there are no refunds
- No-shows will be charged total rate; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking allowed
- ID card, passport, resident or work permit must be shown by all customers upon arrival, failure to do so will entitle the Merchant to charge the applicable rate

Force Majeure:
- Lockdown protocol: If a booking falls within a Lockdown period/Government restriction, it will automatically be cancelled and refunded as a store credit in your MariDeal account only
- Cyclone protocol: If a booking falls within Cyclone Class 3 or above, the reservation will automatically be cancelled and will be refunded in the form of store credit to your MariDeal account
