House Rules:
- Clients are kindly requested to check in before 5:00 PM to ensure their booking is honored. Late arrivals without prior notice may incur a service fee of Rs.200
- No party allowed & guests are only allow to play music inside their apartment until 22:00 without disturbing other residents
- Music & Noise: Music should always be kept at a moderate volume, ensuring that it does not disturb other guests or neighbors. From 22:00 to 08:00, guests must keep noise levels low.
- Power Supply: The property does not have a backup power system. This should be clearly mentioned in the listing for full transparency.
- Damages: Any damage caused by the client (or the client’s guests) to Coral Apartments or its contents will be the responsibility of the client.
- Maximum number of guests depends on room type booked:
- Studio with Kitchen Apartment accomodates up to 2 pax
- 2 Bedroom Apartment accommodates up to 4 pax
- 3 BedroomApartment accommodates up to 6 pax
- 5 Bedroom Apartment accommodates up to 10 pax

Grand Gaube is a charming fishing village on the north coast of Mauritius, with a beautiful beach, rocky bays and a number of upscale accommodations. It is the ideal place to stay if you are looking to enjoy the beach away from the crowds. For sea lovers, Grand Gaube offers a range of water activities such as snorkelling, boat and catamaran cruises as well as kayaking to Ile d'Ambre. With magnificent views of the surrounding islets and an authentic Mauritian setting, the village is the ideal place for those seeking a low-key romantic break or who simply want a quieter pace than the hustle and bustle of Grand Baie.
The apartment was clean but with no amenities in the kitchen or room not even a tissue paper.

Customer Conditions:

- Pax: Property is rented for the number of people indicated at the time of booking
- Age requirement: If customer fails to declare a child or book wrong age group, additional charges may be required on arrival
- No cancellation policy: Once a booking is confirmed, there are no refunds or cancellations
- No-shows will be charged total rate; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking allowed
- ID card, passport, resident or work permit must be shown by all customers upon arrival, failure to do so will entitle the Merchant to charge the applicable rate
- All prices on MariDeal are inclusive of VAT
Force Majeure:
- Lockdown protocol: If a booking falls within a Lockdown period/Government restriction, it will automatically be cancelled and refunded as a store credit in your MariDeal account only
- Cyclone protocol: If a booking falls within Cyclone Class 3 or above, the reservation will automatically be cancelled and will be refunded in the form of store credit to your MariDeal account
