In a seaside setting, the main restaurant of 3-star Tropical Attitude hotel serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Fish rougaille (a typical, tomatoey Mauritian sauce), grilled-squid salads, smoked marlin, pumpkin-and-ginger soup... these typify its varied, tasty cuisine!
Tropical Attitude
Tropical Attitude is an adult-only 3-star sup boutique hotel on the east coast. The hotel, situated right on the lagoon in Trou d’Eau Douce, a genuine fishermen’s village, offers direct and free shuttle access to paradisiacal Ile aux Cerfs. The decoration throughout the hotel, including that of the 58 seafront rooms with their elegant bathrooms, is uncluttered and refined, in total harmony with the surrounding nature. The look is trendy: white and mineral colors with shades of dawn, reminders of the beautiful sunrises of the east coast.
Popped there for the spontaneous spot of lunch. Food offered in the package was quite average to be honest. However staff were really friendly and helpful.

For the price asked it was only a lamb curry as buffet with 1 softdrink at Rs 900. The location is great but too pricy for what it is
