Important Notice:
- Aqualand is closed on Wednesdays & during bad weather or rainy conditions
- Guests will have access only to the Aqualand premises
- Resort activities are not included in the Aqualand Package
- Guests are requested to bring their own towels (no towel will be provided on-site)
- Lunch menu is limited to a maximum of two dishes per person. Any additional items will be subject to a supplement payable directly at the hotel
- Kids need to know how to swim & they must be a minimum height of 1m20
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the park. The leisure park does not assume any responsibility or liability for unattended children
- Pregnant women and persons with heart conditions or back trouble are advised not to enter the waterslides and rides
- Alcoholic drinks are strictly forbidden at Aqualand

Crystals Beach Resort is the unique resort in Mauritius offering an Aqualand among all other guests facilities and activities, within the hotel premises.
The Aqualand has a full team of trained lifeguards with International Life Saving Certificate, ensuring the safety of all our guests. Our entertainment team ensures fun activities during the day such as aqua gym and water polo.

Important Notice:

Customer Conditions:
- Age requirement: If customer fails to declare a child or book wrong age group, additional charges may be required on arrival
- No cancellation policy: Once a booking is confirmed, there are no refunds or cancellations
- No-shows will be charged total rate; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking allowed
- ID card, passport, resident or work permit must be shown by all customers upon arrival, failure to do so will entitle the Merchant to charge the applicable rate
- All prices on MariDeal are inclusive of VAT
Force Majeure:
- Lockdown protocol: If a booking falls within a Lockdown period/Government restriction, it will automatically be cancelled and refunded as a store credit in your MariDeal account only
- Cyclone protocol: If a booking falls within Cyclone Class 3 or above, the reservation will automatically be cancelled and will be refunded in the form of store credit to your MariDeal account
