- 09:45: go to the second meeting point, the Trou d'Eau Douce jetty, about 10 minutes by car.
- 10:00: the catamaran leaves.
- Before lunch: snorkelling and a visit to the GRSE waterfall.
- 12:00: BBQ lunch on board: grilled fish, chicken with mixed salad, sausages and garlic bread, with pineapple or banana flambé for dessert. Drinks are beer, wine, local rum, soft drinks, juice and mineral water.
- 14:00: Ile aux Cerfs, time to relax and sunbathe.
- 16:00: return.

- Minimum group: if the minimum number of guests is not reached, the operator moves the trip to another date.
- Fitness: you need to be physically fit for the water sports.
