Important Conditions:

• Reservations: Call service provider directly to select date and time (subject to availability)
• Amendments: All amendments will need to be confirmed by Service Provider directly
• Booking confirmation must be shown by all customers on arrival (Download App)
• Medical advice: Pregnant women are requested to seek medical advice prior to booking any treatment
• Service Provider reserves the right to refuse to carry out the treatment to any customer if any medical problems are present
• Arrival time: Customers are requested to arrive at least 15 mins prior to treatment time. Late arrival may result in a reduction in treatment time
• Merchant is solely responsible to the purchaser for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services

Customer Conditions:

• No cancellation policy: Once a booking is paid for, there are no refunds
• No-shows will be charged total rate; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking allowed
• Mauritian ID card or Resident permit must be shown by all customers upon arrival, failure to do so will entitle the merchant to charge the current public rate
• All prices on MariDeal are inclusive of VAT

Force Majeure:

• Lockdown protocol: If a booking falls within a Lockdown period/Government restriction, it will automatically be cancelled & refunded as a store credit in your MariDeal account only
• Cyclone protocol: If a booking falls within Cyclone Class 3 or above, the reservation will automatically be cancelled & will be refunded in the form of store credit to your MariDeal account

Vaccinations:

Customer responsibility: It is the customers full responsibility to ensure they know the latest vaccination protocols for Mauritius and service provider

• Fully-vaccinated guests: 2 doses of COVID 19 Vacccine, recognized by Mauritian Authorities plus 1 booster dose administered within the prescribed delay
  • In case of J&J or Sputnik light: 1 dose plus 1 booster dose
• Non-fully-vaccinated guests: a Negative PCR test must be presented on arrival (PCR test must be completed 72 hours prior to arrival)
• Non-vaccinated guests: a Negative PCR test must be presented on arrival (PCR test must be completed 72 hours prior to arrival)
• Vaccination & ID cards or passports are compulsory & must be presented at the reception counter upon arrival

Back of the body

• Benefits: A back & Legs massage followed by a Bamboo deep tissue massage on the back of the legs only, composed of Therapeutic oil to get relief from fatigue and stress

Back Massage 

• Benefits: Regular back massage can help to alleviate lower back pain and stimulates the blood circulation to the muscles and major organs of the body

Foot Massage

• Benefits: Front & Back legs massage and massage with a Kansu bowl on the sole to calm down the excess of the fire element in the body (frustrations, irritability, and anger) and is very beneficial to reduce emotional states such as stress, anxiety, depression and insomnia

Foot Reflexology

• Benefits: Feet are mini maps of the entire body with points relating to the vital organs, structure and glands. By working specific reflex points on the feet, this improves circulation and lymph flow, cleanses the body of impurities and revitalizes energy, which will encourage the body to naturally restore its own healthy balance

Body Exfoliation

• Benefits: Exfoliation is one of the most important parts of the body treatment which removes the dirt from the surface of the skin and helps to remove the dead skin cells and it leaves your skin clean and smooth

Cupping Massage

• Benefits: Cupping is a type of alternative therapy involving placing cups on the skin to create suction. The suction may facilitate healing with blood flow. Cupping increases blood circulation to the area where the cups are placed. This may relieve muscle tension, which can improve overall blood flow and promote cell repair. It may also help form new connective tissues and create new blood vessels in the tissue

Access to Whirlpool

• Note: It is recommended that guests use the Whirlpool 30 Min prior to their treatment time
• Example: If your treatment time is 17:00, it is recommended you arrive at 16:30 to fully enjoy the Whirlpool
